What are the characteristics of ADEZIF PT821 ?

The ADEZIF PT 821 tape is a single sided, silver-coloured polyester tape used mainly for splicing, and closing reels.

Its silver colour makes it easy to identify the reel splicing and is detectable by a photoelectric cell, which helps gain efficiency and save time. Machine shutdown can be triggered automatically if necessary.

The polyester backing material is thin, which is essential for splicing operations in order to avoid excess thickness, potential jams and deformations of the reel. It has a high tensile strength and is considered one of the most resistant backing materials.

PT821 adhesive tape is also resistant to treatment or coating cycles after splicing.

It is frequently used in printing, in the cutting of fabric but also in the field of decoration. Decorative silver threads can be affixed to cabinets, lacquered furniture or even POS or cosmetic. It is also often used for fixing silkscreen printing screens.
