What are the characteristics of 3M SJ5302 ?

3M SJ 5302 is an adhesive bumper made of polyurethane from the BUMPON range of the manufacturer 3M. 

This clear adhesive bumper is clear and discreet and bonds to all types of surfaces such as glass, Plexiglas, wood, metal and high surface energy plastics (Formica, acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS…).

It is also very useful in the field of POS for displays or in the electronics or appliances industries.

Its adhesive is different from coloured adhesive bumpers, which have rubber adhesive. The clear adhesive bumpers have an acrylic (A20) adhesive, which has good transparency.

It is characterised by an excellent resistance to shearing at high temperatures. However, the adhesion is not as effective on low surface energy surfaces such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE).
