Description of ADEZIF PE 350 film

ADEZIF PE350 polyethylene adhesive film is translucent blue and has the main function of temporarily protecting very smooth surfaces against dirt, scratches and dust.

It has an acrylic adhesive mass with low adhesion, which means that it can be removed without leaving any traces for up to 6 months after application or 3 months if it has been exposed outdoors.

This makes it an effective protection for sensitive surfaces, perfectly suited for protecting glass. It is also suitable for glossy plastic and smooth metal surfaces such as shiny aluminium, anodised aluminium and chrome pr nickel coated metal.

Applications of PE protective film with low adhesion

ADEZIF PE350 is mainly used to protect sensitive surfaces such as:

• transparent glass
• TV, smartphone, tablet or computer screens
• mirrors
• windows

These surfaces can be protected throughout the manufacturing process and up to the final storage at the customer's premises.

The customer wants to have a final product without defects (which could affect the aesthetics) and a preserved initial strength. Hence the importance of being able to remove the protective backing without leaving any traces.

Recommendations before application

Because of its low adhesion, prior testing is strongly recommended to verify the compatibility of this reference with your final application.

Surface preparation is also important before application in order to guarantee a good adhesion.
