What are the characteristics of ADEZIF CI300 ?

ADEZIF CI 300 tape is a double-sided adhesive with PVC backing material specially designed for photopolymer plate mounting in letterpress printing and flexography.

The backing material is calandered at 300 µm, which gives it even thickness for clean and uniform printing. The adhesive can be removed without leaving any adhesive residue on the cylinders (or Mylar) and can be repositioned in the case of an incorrect application.

The double-sided tape offers a steady hold during printing and prevents the formation of air bubbles (embossed liner) and peeling around the edges (possibility of using plate mounting edging adhesive for large dimensions or high speed).
