What are the characteristics of ADEZIF AL256 ?

The AL 256 adhesive tape consists of aluminium backing material reinforced by a polyethylene mesh that gives greater mechanical resistance.

It remains conformable and has high temperature resistance, as well as resistance to humidity.

This reference is often used in damp conditions in order to ensure the airtightness and protection of several assemblies and sensitive surfaces. 

The presence of the liner makes it easier to use.

Here are some examples of how to use aluminium reinforced tape :

• Jointing the vapour barrier in aluminium covered fibreglass thermal insulation systems in house roofs: in addition to airtightness, the aluminium tape, thanks to its thermal condition, optimises heating and cooling efficiency by improving the transmission over larger areas.
• Jointing of elements in insulated boxes to ensure perfect airtightness.
