What are the characteristics of the 3M Dual Lock 3550 ?

The Dual lock SJ 3550 is a product from the dual lock range manufactured by the company 3M, composed of type 250 stems with VHB acrylic adhesive. The reference is available at a length of 45.7 meters like standard dual lock, but also in a 3-meters dispensing box. This allows you to use it for specific applications or to facilitate the use for operation teams.

The type 250 version is the standard version and can be used on itself. The density of the stems controls the resistance to traction and the strength released (each Dual Lock reference offered by Adezif exists in other stem densities).

This adhesion is highly reliable, both during assembly and disassembly with no risk of pollution of the adhesive once it is disassembled.

Another benefit of dual lock SJ 3550 : its polypropylene backing material is highly resistant to aggressive environments and offers better mechanical resistance than self-gripping tapes like Scotchmate or VELCRO.
