ADEZIF TE205 PTFE non-stick Teflon adhesive tape

Description

ADEZIF TE205 tape is a non-stick single sided tape with Extruded Teflon (Polytetrafluorethylene PTFE) backing material that has significant non-stick properties and a silicone adhesive that allows it to resist high temperatures (up to 205°C continuously and up to 260°C peak temperature) ;

This tape is very conformable and flexible and also has good mechanical tensile strength. Its low friction coefficient and the self-lubricating characteristics of the Teflon PTFE tape can improve the use of several products (which can be viscous or smudged) on reels.

Here are some specific applications :

• Anti-grip on tools during bonding operations of composite materials in the aeronautics industry.
• Internal coating for aircraft wings to avoid abrasion from fuel inlet hose.
• Facilitates unmoulding of plastic or composite materials.
• Allows for long-term use of heat-sealing machines.
