      What are the characteristics of Bostik Topfix NA41?

Topfix NA41 is a solvent-free two-part Bostik epoxy, supplied in a pre-dosed syringe (2 × 25 ml): resin and hardener mix inside the nozzle, with no measuring required. Its strengths for floor repair:

• Very fast set: partial cure in 5 min, full cure in 20 min (at 20 °C).
• No shrinkage: fills 100 % of the area to be bonded.
• Mechanical strength: shear strength of 12 to 16 MPa.
• Resistant to water, petrol and oils.
• Temperature resistance from −40 to +80 °C.
• Also bonds wood, concrete, marble and metal; fluid amber-yellow mix.

      How to apply Topfix NA41 on parquet flooring

1. Clean and dust the area (lifted board, blister); the surface must be dry.
2. Fit the mixing nozzle onto the syringe and lock it.
3. Inject the product under the board or into the blister: resin and hardener mix automatically inside the nozzle.
4. Reposition the board or covering, roll it down and weight it before the end of the working time (3 to 4 min).
5. Remove the weight after partial cure (5 min); return to service after 20 min. Replace the nozzle between uses more than 10-15 minutes apart.
