The ADEZIF AC200 aerosol adhesive is a contact adhesive designed for industrial applications. The precise and clean spray makes the application easy and allows you to save time and product.

CAUTION: This product is not recommended for use with the following materials:

Plasticised vinyl, expanded or extruded polystyrene, PE, PP, monochrome.

In case of hesitation, do a test to make sure the product will not damage the material.

Instructions for use

ADEZIF AC200 contact adhesive is applied by spraying on both surfaces to be joined (double spread).

The best bonding results are obtained at an ambient temperature around 15°C.

1. Clean/degrease the surfaces to be joined: see our advice on surface preparation before bonding.
2. Make sure the surfaces are dry.
3. Shake the adhesive aerosol bomb.
4. Spray a uniforme layer on both surfaces (80% to 100% coverage).
5. Wait 1 to 2 minutes until the adhesive is dry to the touch.
6. For porous surfaces an hard-to-reach areas, apply a second coat.
7. Assemble the elements by pressing all over to ensure a good bond.
8. Drain the aerosol after use ! Turn it upside down and spray until no more product escapes.

Full adhesive strength develops within 24 hours.
